The Association continues to encourage churches to adopt the Association's approved "Conflict Resolution Plan."

This plan follows our Lord's guidelines and helps churches work through conflict in a Godly way. It gives people a way to express concerns without causing the spread of conflict.

    Also, our Associational Missionary has written a book that leads Christians to manage conflict in a Godly way. The book is entitled "LET GOD SPEAK WHEN CONFLICT ARISES" and is available through the Associational Resource Center. The book is $5 and can be used as a guide to a 6 week class. A DVD of the 5 sermons on which the book is based is also available for $5.
